1. Order Processing

Orders begin processing after the required payment review or confirmation step is complete. Handcrafted products may enter a dedicated production queue before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeline

Shipping estimates vary by destination and product type. Ready-to-ship items generally dispatch faster, while handcrafted watch orders may take longer.

International and made-to-order pieces may require extra time for crafting, inspection, and customs movement.

3. Tracking

When available, tracking details are shared after shipment or manual fulfillment confirmation. You can also use the order tracking page with your order ID and phone number.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated during checkout or manual payment coordination depending on the destination and method selected.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return acceptance depends on the product condition and whether the piece was customized or handcrafted to order.
  • Used, damaged, or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
  • Exchange requests remain subject to availability and operational feasibility.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method where possible, or otherwise through a mutually confirmed method. Processing time can vary by provider and region.
